Production and Design
Puppetry AND Props Design
Faith studied shadow puppet design and construction under Qingan Zhang in conjunction with Boston College Theatre Department's production of The Old Man and the Old Moon. Faith designed and built shadow puppets used in the production, and puppeteered puppets and shadow puppets during the show's run.
Faith has props designed two full-length plays for The Committee for Creative Enactments, a scripted and improv comedy group. As a Props Design student, Faith contributed to the design of Boston College Theatre Department's Accidental Death of an Anarchist, Inverness Unravels, and As You Like It.
Costume Design and Construction
Faith is currently costume designing the Boston College Theatre Department's production of Eurydice by Sarah Ruhl. During this process, she is being mentored by Quinn Burgess (Boston College's Assistant Professor of Costume Design), and participating in production meetings with Boston College faculty and other student designers. A designer spotlight on Faith's work (including select color roughs and thumbnails) can be found here.
